    Description

    Foster Coordinator

    Kitty Revolution is an all foster based cat rescue in the Twin Cities. We are seeking a volunteer Foster Coordinator, who is in charge of all fosters. Overview below.

      • Screens new foster applicants and conducts a virtual home visit.
      • Sends the foster manual and policies and tracks that they have been acknowledged.
      • Adds/removes fosters from the FB volunteer group and foster distro lists as needed.
      • Does regular check-ins, especially with new fosters.
      • Conducts training and confirms all new fosters have gone through training before getting foster cats.
      • Keeps detailed notes in conjunction with intake coordinators about fosters. What type of cats do they like/dislike fostering, what cats are they good with, do they attend events, any red flags, etc.
      • Helps with foster retention.
      • Monthly foster recognition.
      • Works with event staff to ensure we have enough fosters showing up to events that involve cats.
