    Description

    Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mission: Epic Love Story sets the Bible to song in the top genres around the world.

Vision: We envision a world where every heart is transformed by the powerful words of the Bible brought to life through the universal language of music.

About Epic Love Story: Epic Love Story exists to take the life-changing words of the Bible and deliver them to the world through the language of music people already love and listen to. We are creating a Music Bible Version ©, combining artistic excellence, biblical truth, and innovative production to reach hearts and transform lives across cultures and generations.

We are seeking a CEO who brings both the heart of a shepherd and the skill of a strategist, a leader who can guide with integrity, inspire through vision, and mobilize the resources, partnerships, and team needed to bring this global mission to life.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Vision & Leadership – Serve to support the vision of the founder, to be a communicator, and ambassador for Epic Love Story, ensuring all strategies align with biblical principles while pursuing creative and operational excellence.
    • Organizational Growth –Works with the COO to lead the transition from startup to scale up. Ensures financial health, scalable systems, and operational discipline that support rapid growth without compromising mission integrity.
    • Fundraising & Partnerships – Secure transformative funding from major donors, foundations, corporate sponsors, and Kingdom investors. Cultivate relationships with churches, ministries, artists, and industry leaders.
    • Team Building – Work with the current team and when needed recruit others. Disciple and empower a Christ-centered, high-performance leadership team capable of executing at high levels.
    • Public Representation – Represent Epic Love Story in global ministry, media, and industry spaces with both authenticity and professionalism.

    Qualifications

    • Proven senior leadership experience in ministry, nonprofit, entertainment, or creative industries.
    • Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor cultivation, or investor relations.
    • Deep understanding of the Bible and its application in contemporary culture.
    • A strong grasp of modern music production is preferred. Also understands distribution, and digital media trends.
    • Ability to unite diverse stakeholders under a compelling mission and shared vision.

    Personal Attributes

    • Spiritually mature, committed follower of Jesus Christ.
    • Visionary leader who combines faith, creativity, and strategic execution.
    • Servant-hearted, collaborative, and prayerful in decision-making.
    • Skilled communicator with a strong public presence.
    • Aims for excellence while grounded in humility.

    Compensation

We are currently seeking a seasoned leader who feels called to invest their time and expertise, part time and at this stage without salary, and who is inspired by the opportunity to help advance a nonprofit ministry with a God-given, global vision.

We have a clear Strategic Plan and a strong, committed team already in place. Like many early-stage ministries, our team is serving primarily on a pro bono basis, with compensation provided only for defined deliverables (e.g., graphic design, legal work, music production).

What we need now is an experienced “captain”, someone who can help guide, align, and lead us into the next phase with wisdom, clarity, results, and conviction.

To have a conversation, contact Beverly Moser, preferably by phone at 336-601-9052, EST, USA.
