The Director of Financial Operation shall:
- He/She shall track all expenditures of funds incurred by the organization
- He/She shall present a complete and accurate report of the finances raised by this Board at each meeting of the members, or at any other time upon request to the Board.
- He/She shall have the right of inspection of the funds including budgets.
- It shall be the duty of the Director of Financial Operation to seek donations from other non-profit organizations, businesses, grants, and work to establish fundraisers to raise the budget of the organization.
He/She shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board or the President under whose supervision he/she shall be.
