    Position Overview

    Santé Imanité Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to serve as Recruitment Coordinators for our growing student academic enrichment and competition initiatives, including spelling bee preparation programs, literacy competitions, leadership initiatives, and youth educational events.

    This role is ideal for individuals interested in education, youth leadership, communications, nonprofit development, community outreach, or academic enrichment programming.

    Recruitment Coordinators will help expand student participation by connecting with schools, families, libraries, homeschool groups, tutoring centers, and community organizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit students for spelling bee and academic competition programs
    • Conduct outreach to schools, libraries, tutoring centers, and youth organizations
    • Share flyers and registration information through social media and community groups
    • Help identify student ambassadors and school chapter leaders
    • Assist with participant communication and engagement
    • Support virtual and in-person recruitment campaigns
    • Help increase awareness of educational opportunities and events
    • Maintain professionalism when communicating with schools and families

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Interest in education, literacy, youth development, or nonprofit work
    • Organized and dependable
    • Comfortable with email outreach and social media
    • Experience in leadership, tutoring, student organizations, or community service is a plus
    • High school students, college students, educators, and professionals are welcome to apply
