    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers and programmes that create meaningful, measurable impact in communities and support our mission of spreading hope, faith, and knowledge.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to BluShues' programmes, projects, and volunteer activities.
    • Monitor programme outcomes, outputs, participation, and other indicators to assess organizational impact.
    • Develop and maintain organized databases and records of programme activities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and impact results.
    • Gather quantitative and qualitative information through surveys, reports, interviews, feedback forms, and other data collection methods.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining impact measurement tools, templates, surveys, and tracking systems.
    • Analyze programme data to identify trends, achievements, challenges, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Support the preparation of impact reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist programme teams in establishing appropriate goals, objectives, indicators, and measures of success.
    • Track progress against programme objectives and support teams in documenting evidence of impact.
    • Assist in collecting stories, testimonials, case studies, and other qualitative evidence that demonstrate the impact of BluShues' work.
    • Support monitoring and evaluation activities across different programmes and initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records of impact-related data and documentation.
    • Assist with preparing data and evidence required for grant applications, donor reports, fundraising materials, and organizational communications.
    • Research best practices in nonprofit impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation, and data management.
    • Provide general administrative and analytical support to programme and fundraising teams.

    Person Specification:

    • Passionate about BluShues' mission and interested in understanding and demonstrating the impact of nonprofit and ministry programmes.
    • Strong analytical, research, and information-gathering skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and information.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, datasets, and deadlines effectively.
    • Able to identify patterns, trends, and meaningful insights from information.
    • Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn new systems and analytical methods.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and responsible handling of information.
    • Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Interested in continuous learning and improving programme effectiveness.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree/College Diploma in Statistics, Data Analysis, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Research, or a related field preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience in data analysis, research, monitoring and evaluation, programme support, administration, or nonprofit work is preferred but not required.
    • Basic knowledge of monitoring and evaluation, programme evaluation, data collection, or impact measurement is an advantage.
    • Strong research, analytical, writing, and documentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Workspace, databases, CRM systems, or data visualization tools is a plus.
    • Ability to organize, clean, interpret, and present data accurately.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to learn impact measurement frameworks, monitoring and evaluation processes, and data management practices.
    • Ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations based on programme data.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in impact analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and nonprofit management.
