    Description

    Mariner Game Fundraiser Communications

Calling all college students, campus clubs, fraternities/sororities, and community groups! We’re recruiting volunteers for our Mariners Cold Calling Event as part of our 2nd Annual Day at the Ballpark fundraiser. This is a great way to earn service hours, build leadership experience, and support a mission that directly impacts families, seniors, veterans, and single fathers in our community.

    What Volunteers Will Do

    • Call potential and current donors to encourage support for our Mariners Game fundraiser
    • Reach out to local businesses for sponsorships, in‑kind donations, and community support
    • Use our GIVE Butter platform to track donations
    • Follow a provided script to help guide conversations with donors and sponsors

    Why It Matters

Every dollar raised helps us move closer to our $12 million affordable housing expansion campaign, creating more stable, dignified housing for those who need it most.

    Volunteer Requirements

    • Must be 18+
    • Able to pass a background check
    • Commit to 2+ hours per week
    • Work under the guidance of our Volunteer Coordinator

    Perfect for Groups

We’re especially looking for college groups, service clubs, student organizations, and community teams to join us for this June volunteer event. Bring your group, make an impact, and have fun while supporting a meaningful cause.
