    Description

    Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.-based preferred)

    Time Commitment: 20 - 25 hours per week (flexible)

    Position Type: Volunteer (with potential for paid role as funding allows)

    About LoopHome

    LoopHome is a program of LoopRoots Foundation that provides GPS monitoring and reentry support for individuals eligible for early release as well as individuals required to participate in GPS monitoring related to DUI or court-ordered supervision. Our mission is to support accountability, public safety, and successful reintegration while reducing unnecessary incarceration and barriers to stability.

    Role Overview

    The Volunteer Program Manager will support the oversight, coordination, and growth of the LoopHome program. This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in criminal justice reform, reentry services, compliance-driven programs, or nonprofit program management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support day-to-day coordination of the LoopHome program
    • Assist with onboarding and tracking participants enrolled in GPS monitoring
    • Coordinate with internal staff, contractors, and external partners as needed
    • Help develop and refine program workflows, policies, and documentation
    • Support compliance-related processes and reporting requirements
    • Track program metrics and outcomes (enrollment, compliance, incidents, exits)
    • Assist with program expansion planning and operational readiness

    Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)

    • Background or strong interest in criminal justice, reentry services, probation/parole support, or DUI-related programs
    • Experience in program coordination, case management, or nonprofit operations
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
    • Comfortable working within structured, compliance-oriented environments
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and mission-driven
