    Description

    As the Instagram Content Creator, you are Transition Trails' visual storyteller. Your primary goal is to bring our mission to life through high-quality, engaging visual content. You will manage the aesthetic and community engagement of our Instagram profile, turning our goals into compelling Reels, Stories, and posts that resonate with our followers and attract new supporters.

    Responsibilities

    Visual Content Creation: Produce 3–5 posts per week, including short-form video (Reels), educational carousels, and daily Stories.

    Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to foster an active, supportive community.

    Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on the latest Instagram trends, audio, and algorithm changes to maximize reach.

    Brand Voice: Ensure all captions and graphics align with the organization’s tone and visual identity.

    Hashtag & SEO Strategy: Research and implement effective tags and keywords to improve discoverability.

    Qualifications

    Design & Video Skills: Proficiency with tools like Canva and a strong eye for layout and aesthetics.

    Platform Expertise: Native-level understanding of Instagram's features (Reels, Highlights, Stories, and Guides).

    Copywriting: Ability to write catchy, mission-aligned captions with clear calls to action.

    Independence: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work without close supervision.
