    Super Puppy Bowl Game Volunteer – Help Families & Pets Stay Together

    Love pets? Want to make a real difference in your community?

    All Pets Wellness Foundation (APWF) is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with our upcoming Super Puppy Bowl Game Community Event on March 14 in Aurora!

    This high-energy, family-friendly event raises awareness and support for families facing catastrophic pet medical expenses. Your help allows us to expand access to life-saving care and protect the human–animal bond that is so beneficial to our mental health.

    Driving Directions

    • Located on the west side of Aurora near the Orchard Road corridor.
    • Easily accessible from I-88 (Reagan Memorial Tollway).
    • Take the Orchard Road exit and head south.
    • Turn west onto Galena Blvd.
    • Turn onto Melissa Lane — the facility is clearly marked.

    • Free on-site parking available.
    • Overflow parking will be directed by volunteers if needed.
    • Accessible parking spaces available near entrance.

    🐾 What to Expect

    This is a family-friendly indoor/outdoor pet event. Please bring:

    • Comfortable clothing
    • Closed-toe shoes
    • Weather-appropriate layers

    Please apply to help and then we can discuss. These are examples of what you may volunteer for:

    Volunteer Roles – Week Prior to Event:

    • Meet to discuss event agenda
    • Event prep and supply organization
    • Assembling welcome bags and sponsor materials
    • Decorating and logistics coordination
    • Social media and outreach assistance
    • Set-up preparation
    • And, maybe some more...to be discussed.

    Volunteer Roles – Event Day (March 14):

    • Guest check-in and registration
    • Assisting with puppy races and activity areas
    • Vendor and sponsor support
    • Raffle and donation station support
    • Family engagement and crowd guidance
    • Set-up and clean-up crew
    • And, maybe some more- to be discussed.
