    About Us:

    International Transformation Foundation (ITF) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people and fostering sustainable water resource development. Our mission focuses on improving access to clean water, promoting youth entrepreneurship, and creating economic opportunities in underserved communities. ITF engages young leaders in service projects that address real-world challenges, including clean water initiatives and community development efforts in Africa. Through these programs, participants gain leadership experience while contributing to meaningful global impact. Our work combines hands-on service with cross-cultural learning to help develop informed and engaged global citizens.

    About the Opportunity:

    As a Core Fundraiser within the Fundraising department, you'll play a key role in supporting impactful initiatives that advance the missions of international development and charity. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an agile and inclusive team, where your growth and contributions are valued. As a Core Fundraiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies that generate revenue and support that will grow our initiatives. This role builds and maintains relationships with donors, coordinates fundraising campaigns and events, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to increase donor and community engagement.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
    • Maintain accurate donor records and gift documentation.
    • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual and corporate donors.
    • Manage annual giving campaigns, special appeals, and fundraising initiatives.
    • Secure donations through direct outreach, meetings, presentations, and events.
    • Track fundraising performance and monitor progress toward fundraising targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
    • Develop donor cultivation and stewardship plans.
    • Prepare donor correspondence, acknowledgment letters, and impact reports.
    • Conduct donor meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
    • Create fundraising materials, appeals, newsletters, and donor communications.
    • Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to promote campaigns.
    • Share impact stories and program outcomes that encourage donor support.
    • Support social media and digital fundraising efforts.
