Description
Walk With Your People™ is a volunteer-led community initiative inviting people to get outside, walk together, and reconnect through conversation — one step and one conversation at a time.
We’re looking for one or two friendly volunteers to help welcome walkers at our inaugural community walk on Martin Luther King Jr. weekend.
What you’ll do
- Greet walkers as they arrive
- Help with light check-in (names / headcount)
- Answer simple questions
- Help create a warm, inclusive atmosphere
No prior experience required — just a friendly presence and a willingness to welcome others.

- Students, retirees, creatives, neighbors welcome
- Anyone who enjoys meeting people and creating welcoming spaces
This is a volunteer-led, free, and open initiative.

Arthur Fiedler Statue Esplanade, Back Bay Boston, MA

Directions
Meet at the Arthur Fiedler Statue on the Charles River Esplanade, near Back Bay.
The statue is easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The closest T stops are Arlington (Green Line) and Hynes Convention Center (Green Line).
We’ll gather near the statue beginning at 9:30 AM.
