Walk With Your People™ is a volunteer-led community initiative inviting people to get outside, walk together, and reconnect through conversation — one step and one conversation at a time.
We’re looking for one or two friendly volunteers to help welcome walkers at our inaugural community walk on Martin Luther King Jr. weekend.
What you’ll do
No prior experience required — just a friendly presence and a willingness to welcome others.
Who this is for
This is a volunteer-led, free, and open initiative.
Meet at the Arthur Fiedler Statue on the Charles River Esplanade, near Back Bay.
The statue is easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The closest T stops are Arlington (Green Line) and Hynes Convention Center (Green Line).
We’ll gather near the statue beginning at 9:30 AM.
Please share a brief response to the questions below so we can get to know you a little. There’s no formal application and no need for a résumé. We’re simply looking for kind, community-minded people who enjoy welcoming others, walking together, and helping create space for connection.
