Whitman Donuts With Grown-ups Volunteer

Donuts for Grown-Ups is a beloved Whitman Elementary tradition where students share a special morning treat with the grown-ups in their lives. As the event continues to grow, we rely on volunteers to help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our families.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to support the event and help it run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy community engagement, early-morning energy, and creating joyful experiences for kids and their families.

Volunteer Roles May Include:

• Event Setup: Arrange tables, signage, coffee stations, and donut displays.
• Coffee & Donut Support: Assist with organizing, prepping, and replenishing food and beverages.
• Greeting & Wayfinding: Welcome families, direct guests to the gym, and help manage check-ins.
• Sign-In Support: Monitor and assist with the guest sign-in process.
• General Event Help: Provide support wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly.
• Cleanup: Help reset the space once the event concludes.
