The Membership Committee

The Membership Committee shall review all applications for membership and arrange the proper induction of new members. The committee is also responsible for maintaining club membership and monitoring member attendance. Remote committee members are responsible for recruiting new members virtually, providing virtual support to members, encouraging them to use club resources, and registering members for one-on-one consultations. They also assist members when needed and review membership applications.

Our basic requirements for committee members are to be at least 13 years old, volunteer based on your own availability, communicate with us regularly, and be passionate about what you are doing. The term for club committee members runs from July to July each year. Applications are open year-round, but all terms conclude in July. For example, if you onboard in March, your term will end in July of the same year.

After onboarding, you will be assigned a specific task as a committee member. Please check your email regularly after submitting your application, as we will contact you soon.
