    Description

    Worthington Arts Festival Volunteer 2026

    A variety of volunteer position are open for the Worthington Arts Festival. Below are some overviews of the positions:

    ATTENDANCE TRACKERS

    • Uses Clicker to count patrons
    • 10 minutes of attendance at 0:15 of each hour
    • Assist patrons with digital program
    • May be used as a booth sitter

    BOOTH SITTERS

    • Cell phone number/use necessary
    • You will be texted the booth number to report to and will text confirmation and text when youleave and are available again
    • Walk festival and enjoy between assignments

    FLOATERS

    • Fill in any other jobs as needed
    • Odd jobs

    ADA PARKING

    • Tent for shade, chair, vests provided
    • First shift will need to set up tent
    • Last shift will take down
    • Point cars in the right direction, to 6700 for general parking

    GENERAL PARKING @6700 High Street

    • Carries Walkie Talkie
    • Tent for shade, chairs for you and patrons, vests provided
    • First shift will need to set up tent/weights
    • Last shift will take down
    • Point cars in the right direction, provide shuttle information or walking directions if needed

    HOSPITALITY ROOM

    • Ensure only artists/VIPS use the room (checking lanyards)
    • Take questions and get answers from staff as needed
    • Stock water and snacks

    TROLLEY STATION @ Griswold

    • Keep track of trolley location, time of arrival, provide walking directions, give time estimate of when next shuttle will arrive

    ARTIST LIAISONS

    • Float around your assigned green checking in with artists.
    • Relaying issues to staff
    • Answering artist questions

    FAMILY ACTIVITY TENT ATTENDEE

    • Run craft station at the MAC Family Activity Tent

    GREEN BEAUTIFICATION TEAM

    • Take trash and recycling to appropriate dumpsters
    • Call in for help when/if trash gets unwieldy
