    Description

    Purpose

    Help secure sponsorships and donations to achieve the organization's $10,000 fundraising goal for the anniversary celebration.

    Responsibilities

    • Research potential sponsors
    • Contact businesses and foundations
    • Follow up on sponsorship opportunities
    • Secure in-kind donations
    • Help develop sponsorship packages
    • Assist with donor cultivation
    • Track sponsorship commitments

    Ideal Candidate

    • Fundraising experience
    • Sales, marketing, or business development background
    • Strong networking skills
    • Comfortable making calls and sending emails
    • Passion for nonprofit work

    Time Commitment

    3–5 hours per week through August.

    Arts in CT (now Arts4Schools) is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to help plan and execute our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration & Fundraiser, scheduled for late August 2026. This milestone event will honor our students, alumni, partners, and supporters while raising funds for our Literacy Through the Arts Initiative.
