    Description

Volunteer Opportunity: Ghost Writer – Research Paper & Book (Guru Vandanam Project)

    About the Project

Guru Vandanam is an initiative dedicated to reimagining education as a journey of human development — from the womb to adulthood — where values, skills, science, and nature come together.

It’s a living ecosystem that connects the soil, the mind, and the spirit — shaping individuals who learn not just to survive, but to serve and uplift.

Role: Volunteer Ghost Writer (Research Paper & Book Writing)

We are looking for a passionate ghost writer/researcher / storyteller who can help us shape the evolving work of Guru Vandanam into written form — both as a research paper and a book.

The writing will draw from founder’s notes, handwritten concepts, voice ideas, and real-life experiences of the project.

You will be helping to give structure, depth, and voice to a vision that blends:

    • education,
    • human psychology,
    • ancient Indian wisdom,
    • sustainability,
    • village development, and
    • innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the founder and team to understand the philosophy and goals of Guru Vandanam.
    • Convert handwritten ideas, notes, and conceptual drafts into clear, powerful written narratives.
    • Help develop structure and flow for both the research paper and the book.
    • Conduct basic background research to strengthen content where needed.
    • Maintain the emotional tone and human storytelling voice of the founder’s vision.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Someone who loves writing deeply human, meaningful stories.
    • Strong grasp of English writing — both creative and research-oriented.
    • Interested in education, sustainable living, or Indian philosophical thought.
    • Open to long-term volunteering and co-creation (not transactional work).
    • Someone who believes writing can serve a higher purpose.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Experience working on a visionary education and human development project.
    • Author/Research credit (if desired) or ghost contribution acknowledgment.
    • A chance to contribute your writing toward a project that aims to bring change at the ground level — especially in villages and educational reform.
    • A creative, nurturing environment where ideas are respected and voices are heard.

    Type of Role

    Volunteer-based (remote / flexible hours)

    Long-term collaboration preferred
