We are seeking an Operations Analyst to track performance, analyze data, and provide insights that help the organization operate more effectively.

Because decisions shouldn’t be based on guesswork.

They should be based on data and clarity.

The Role

This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on operational data across the organization.

You will build trackers, analyze trends, and provide insights that improve performance and decision-making.

You are not just reporting numbers.

You are turning data into actionable insight.

This role operates across operations, programs, HR, and leadership, ensuring visibility into performance and execution.

What You’ll Own

Data Tracking & Reporting

• • Build and maintain trackers for:
  • Projects
  • Tasks
  • Program activity
  • Ensure data is accurate and up to date

Operational Analysis

• • Analyze data across teams and initiatives
  • Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies
  • Provide insights to improve performance

Dashboard Development

• • Create dashboards to track:
  • Progress
  • Performance
  • Key metrics
  • Ensure visibility for leadership

Performance Metrics & KPIs

• • Define and track key performance indicators
  • Support measurement of outcomes and impact
  • Align metrics with organizational goals

Data Accuracy & Integrity

• • Ensure consistency and reliability of data
  • Identify and correct data issues
  • Maintain clean and structured datasets

Cross-Functional Data Support

• • Work with:
  • Operations
  • Programs
  • HR
  • Gather and analyze relevant data

Reporting & Insights

• • Provide regular updates and reports
  • Translate data into clear insights
  • Support decision-making

Process Improvement

• • Identify inefficiencies through data
  • Recommend improvements
  • Support optimization efforts

Documentation & Systems

• • Maintain documentation for:
  • Data structures
  • Reporting processes
  • Ensure consistency across reporting

Continuous Improvement

• • Improve reporting systems over time
  • Enhance data visibility
  • Strengthen analytical capabilities

Qualifications

Required

• • 2–4 years of experience in:
  • Data analysis
  • Operations analysis
  • Reporting or analytics roles
  • Strong skills in:
  • Data tracking and organization
  • Analysis and reporting

Preferred

• • Experience with:
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Dashboards and reporting tools
  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Experience in remote teams

Commitment

• • 10–12 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Participation in reporting and operations discussions as needed
  • Fully remote
