    Head of Onboarding

    Help us build the "front door" of our community! We’re looking for a friendly, organized lead to manage our new volunteers and shape our culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruiting: Source and interview new members for our initial teams.
    • Systems: Create the "Welcome Kits" and onboarding docs for all volunteers.
    • Culture: Ensure every new member feels connected and never lost.
