    Job description

    The 3D Artist / Architectural Rendering Specialist will be responsible for bringing our housing and community ideas to life through clear, realistic visuals that help others see and understand what we’re building.

    Key Responsibilities

    The 3D Artist / Architectural Rendering Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Create 3D models and architectural renderings (interior, exterior, site)
    • Produce realistic, presentation-ready visuals
    • Translate concepts, sketches, and plans into clear visual outputs
    • Iterate and improve designs based on feedback
    • Support presentations and project storytelling

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Experience in architectural visualization or 3D design
    • Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar
    • Portfolio of relevant work
    • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and realistic rendering
    • Ability to translate plans or concepts into clear visuals
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • 3D modeling and rendering
    • Strong sense of design, lighting, and realism
    • Attention to detail and visual storytelling
    • Ability to interpret architectural concepts
