    Description

    Preserving Patient Memories through Scrapbooking

UT Hospice has a unique way for scrapbookers to use their talents. We have a program called Charts of Life, where we create a story board about our dementia patients life. The story board is then used to aid in conversations and help the patient with their memory. We supply all materials. If you scrapbook and want to make a difference in a hospice patient's life, we want to talk to you. Please call Ginger Maples at 865-544-6222 or email at ginger.maples@lhcgroup.com
