The Digital Navigator will build partnerships with host locations like community centers, libraries, and senior housing; create systems for procuring, setting up and maintaining a mobile lab; create a recruitment, training, and management system for Digital Literacy volunteers; and test out methods for delivering classes, including scheduling systems, outreach and sign-up methods, data tracking, and collecting feedback to improve the program.
