Job Summary:
The Operations Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the internal management of our organization by ensuring that all teams have an increased efficiency and productivity. This position supports the Operations team by managing team members to ensure streamlined and timely operations. You’ll help transform operational productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and communicating objectives to all teams, as well as turning operations data into meaningful insights that guide more intelligent decision-making and support our mission of empowering small businesses and community-focused organizations through transparent operations analysis and management. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging Operations professional to gain real-world experience in project management, streamlining operations, reducing costs, optimizing productivity, and client collaboration while developing both technical and analytical skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What you will do:
- Maintain constant communication with different teams and CEO to ensure proper operations of the company
- Focus on the process management
- Ensuring that we have documentation processes in place for each team and will act as a de facto contact point across all HCMG.
- Oversee the daily operations of the team and monitor the team’s performance
- Strategize the best way to keep HCMG in the right direction and present this to the team
- Prepare documents, presentations, and other resources for the team to understand strategies
- Reviewing current operational policies and procedures for an organization and implementing new policies when necessary
Qualifications:
- You are currently completed an Undergraduate program or is a recent graduate
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Operations, Management, and/or related field/equivalent
- Certifications in Operations or Management (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, organized, and time management.
- Fully remote — no travel required. Preference for candidates located in New Jersey.
- No prior experience required — all are encouraged to apply.
