About the Volunteer Role

We are looking for volunteer Debate Teachers / Debate Coaches to support high school students online. You will help students develop argumentation skills, critical thinking, rebuttal techniques, and confident English expression through debate practice (one-on-one or small group sessions).

Time Commitment

• Weekends only
• 1 session per week
• 60 minutes per session
• Flexible scheduling

Who Can Apply

• Fluent English speakers (native or near-native)
• Strong background in debate (school debate, competitive debate, Model UN, or public speaking experience preferred)
• Ability to teach argument structure, evidence use, and persuasive speaking
• Passion for mentoring and working with teenagers
