    Be a Hero for Shelter Cats at the Roanoke Valley SPCA

    Looking for an oPURRtunity to give back to your community? We have good MEWS!

    The Roanoke Valley SPCA is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our volunteer Cat Condo Cleaning Crew! This FURbulous group of volunteers donate their time to make sure our adoptable kitties are fed, watered, happy, healthy, and loved.

    Cat Condo volunteer shifts are available daily, from approximately 8:15AM-10:30AM. We are most in need of volunteers on Mondays and Thursdays! Whether you can volunteer weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on a "floater" basis, we'd love your help.

    In the words of one of our aMEOWzing team members: "At the end of every shift I tell the cats that I don’t want to see them next week [because they got adopted], and I always say it with a smile, even if I’ll miss them."
