Volunteer Opportunity – Meal Greeter & Hospitality Assistant - The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army of Summit County is looking for friendly, welcoming volunteers to greet our guests as they arrive for our daily hot meal program.

As a Meal Greeter & Hospitality Assistant, you'll help create a warm, positive experience for our community members by welcoming guests, assisting with simple check-in information used for meal tracking and grant reporting, and helping with light cleanup after lunch.

Volunteer Duties:

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive for lunch
• Assist with collecting basic demographic information for meal tracking and grant reporting
• Help clean and sanitize tables after the meal
• Assist with putting away tables and chairs when lunch concludes (if possible)

Schedule:

📅 Monday–Friday

🕙 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM

This is a short volunteer commitment, and we're happy to work around your schedule. Volunteer one day a week or several—whatever works best for you!
