    Description

    Pet Therapy Volunteer

    Visit in the homes of hospice patients, assisted living facilities, senior centers or nursing homes with your trained pet. It is a therapeutic resource companionship, affection, and calming influence.

    Pets must be certified by a humane-animal organization and follow Amedisys Hospice procedures regarding pet companion therapy.
