Volunteer Mentor – Nashua PAL

Nashua PAL is looking for caring, reliable adults to serve as positive role models for youth in our community. Volunteer Mentors help support young people through guidance, encouragement, and consistent connection.

What You’ll Do:

• Build positive, trusting relationships with youth ages 7–18
• Support students with homework, life skills, and goal-setting
• Engage in activities such as games, sports, crafts, and conversation
• Model healthy choices, respect, and good decision-making
• Provide encouragement and help youth feel heard, supported, and valued

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, patient, and dependable volunteers
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and follow program policies
• Commitment to regular weekly participation

Time Commitment:

Flexible, typically 1–2 hours per week during after-school program hours.
