    Description

    Volunteer with Honor - Support a Veteran on Hospice

    Veterans served our country with courage - now you can serve them with compassion. Luminary Hospice of Kansas City is seeking in-person volunteers to visit and offer companionship to our veteran patients. Your time can provide comfort, dignitiy, and connection to those who've walked a path of service.

    As a volunteer, you may:

    • Visit one-on-one with a veteran patient
    • Listen to their stories and honor their legacy
    • Share quiet moments, music, or conversation
    • Provide a reassuring presence
    • Help create a peaceful, respectful environment

    Prior military expereince is appreciated but not required. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life who wish to honor our veterans in a meaningful way.
