Description
BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all domestic Bible distribution programmes.
- Develop strategies to increase access to free Bibles across the country.
- Coordinate distribution activities with regional teams and volunteers.
- Build partnerships with churches, ministries, schools, and community organisations.
- Monitor inventory and distribution records.
- Prepare reports on distribution activities and programme outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve distribution efficiency.
- Ensure proper stewardship of donated Bibles and ministry resources.
- Supervise volunteers involved in domestic distribution activities.
- Promote excellence and accountability throughout the distribution programme.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma preferred but not required.
- Experience managing programmes or logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory or distribution systems is an advantage.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience supervising volunteers is beneficial.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
