    🎶 Music & Culture Program Assistant (Remote / Ongoing)

    Global World Citizens (GWC) is a global nonprofit organization working to end global poverty by helping build a new Global World Economy that leaves no one behind.

    We believe music and culture are powerful tools for youth empowerment, education, unity, and social change. Through music, arts, and cultural expression, we amplify voices, tell authentic stories, and inspire global solidarity.

    We are seeking a Music & Culture Program Assistant to support the development, research, and documentation of music- and culture-based initiatives that empower children and youth worldwide.

    Responsibilities

    • Support research on music-for-change and culture-based empowerment initiatives
    • Assist with program ideas related to music, arts, and cultural expression
    • Help document cultural stories, practices, and creative projects
    • Support content development for digital platforms (research, notes, summaries)
    • Assist with outreach and engagement related to music and culture initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Passion for music, arts, culture, and social impact
    • Interest in youth empowerment and global equity
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, remote environment
    • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness

    No formal experience required. Students, musicians, creatives, and culture enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.
