About the Organization:
Mil Mujeres Legal Services is a nonprofit organization focusing on immigration benefits for survivors of violent crimes and their families. We offer immigration legal services to the low-income Latino community who have been victims of violent crimes within the United States. Our primary focus is gender-based crime survivors.
We are looking for a City Staff Volunteer for our LA office!
Role description:
Immerse in the most relevant legal migration processes, contact and support victims of violent crimes. Reach out culturally diverse communities and enrich your social and cultural knowledge.

Once your complete application is received, we will evaluate your qualifications. If you are among the candidates found minimally qualified, your application will be referred for a first online interview.
Background Security Investigation: A background security investigation could be required.
Volunteer mode: On-Site
Level of commitment: 2-3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Reimbursement of transportation expenses.
