Immersed Global is seeking 1–2 dedicated Outreach & Partnership Assistant interns/volunteers to help us expand our network and strengthen relationships with schools, community organizations, and global partners. You’ll play a key role in connecting Immersed Global’s mission with educators, families, and institutions that believe in the power of language and culture.
This is a meaningful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outreach, communications, and nonprofit partnership development — while making a real impact in global education.
📋 Position Details
- Role: Outreach & Partnership Assistant (Intern/Volunteer)
- Commitment: Minimum 3–6 hours per week
- Location: Open to applicants anywhere (remote-friendly)
- DMV-area (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia) applicants will receive priority consideration.
- Age Requirement: 18+
🤝 Responsibilities
- Identify and research local schools, daycares, community organizations, and corporate organizations for potential partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, supporting overall outreach and partnership development efforts.
- Assist with email outreach, phone calls, and follow-ups to connect with interested organizations
- Track outreach progress and maintain records in a shared database or CRM tool
- Support partnership development efforts by helping draft outreach messages and follow-up templates
- Collaborate with the Immersed Global team to align outreach goals with program initiatives

- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Confident in sending emails, making outreach calls, and maintaining professional correspondence
- Detail-oriented and comfortable using spreadsheets or databases
