    Description

    Using donation receipts, record the donation specifics in Excel and/or Sheets.

    Using previously written thank you letters:

    • tailor it to fit the current donor;
    • print envelope and submit to the Director for signature;
    • file a copy of thank you letter and donation receipt;
    • record donation details in Sheets & Excel.
