Help Preserve Buffalo's Historic Concordia Cemetery

Historic Concordia Cemetery is one of Western New York's oldest cemeteries. After being abandoned, it is now run and staffed completely by volunteers who are committed to restoring, maintaining and preserving its rich history. We are looking for volunteers to join our dedicated team and help keep Concordia a place of beauty, history and community

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds, skills and experience levels. Opportunities include:

• Grant writing & fundraising - help secure funding to sustain and grow preservation efforts
• Gardening, landscaping & grounds maintenance - assist in beautifying and maintaining the grounds
• Event Planning & Execution - support our public programs, tours & special events
• Research & writing - discover and share the stories of those interred here through historical & genealogy research, and writing
• Media & Promotion - spead awareness through social media, photograpphy, design and outreach
