Mayambala Orphanage Centre – Makindye, Uganda

Mayambala Orphanage Centre is a growing community mission supporting vulnerable children and struggling families in Makindye. We currently operate without a permanent home, yet we provide daily care, education support, food assistance, and hope to more than 30 children and 13 families.

We are seeking a dedicated Fundraising Expert who can help us strengthen our donor base, build sustainable giving channels, and expand our impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative fundraising strategies that attract individual donors and long‑term sponsors
• Support online campaigns, donor outreach, and storytelling
• Help us build a simple donor funnel (landing page, email sequence, monthly giving options)
• Identify potential partners, churches, and organizations that align with our mission
• Guide us on best practices for transparency, donor trust, and reporting

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone passionate about children, community development, and grassroots impact
• Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, marketing, or communications
• Strong writing, strategy, or outreach skills
• A self‑starter who can work remotely and collaborate with our director
