    Description

    Make Justice Healing is seeking committed volunteers to support MindShift Circles™, our school-based youth wellness and development program for the 2026–2027 school year.

    MindShift Circles provide high school students with a supportive space to build confidence, strengthen communication, navigate conflict and stress, develop healthy relationships, and grow personally and socially.

    Schedule: Mondays, approximately 9:30–10:30 AM

    Location: High school setting in South Fulton/Atlanta

    Commitment: School year; consistent participation preferred

    Volunteer responsibilities may include:

    • Classroom setup and breakdown
    • Preparing snacks and program materials
    • Loading/unloading materials
    • Building positive rapport with students
    • Supporting guided circle discussions and activities
    • Co-facilitating or facilitating activities based on experience
    • Collaborating with MJH staff and fellow volunteers

    Ideal volunteers include:

    • Individuals with experience working with teens
    • Mentors and youth-development professionals
    • College students
    • Educators
    • Counselors and mental health professionals
    • Community members passionate about youth development

    We especially encourage men interested in serving as positive role models and mentors to apply.

    Volunteers must be eligible to complete the Fulton County Schools volunteer registration and screening process.

    Because MindShift Circles is relationship-based programming, priority will be given to volunteers who can participate consistently throughout the school year.
