    Position Overview:

    FAITH ALL THE WAY is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer Grant Writer to support our mission of providing safe, stable, and empowering housing solutions for individuals and families in need. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable nonprofit development experience—with the opportunity for future paid compensation based on performance and funding success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with our mission (housing, reentry support, veterans, seniors, etc.)
    • Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry (LOIs), and funding applications
    • Collaborate with leadership to gather program data, budgets, and impact stories
    • Track grant deadlines and maintain a grant calendar
    • Assist with reporting requirements for awarded grants

    Qualifications:

    • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
    • Experience with grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit development (preferred but not required)
    • Ability to communicate impact clearly and persuasively
    • Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
    • Passion for community service, housing stability, and social impact
