Join us for a cheerful, hands‑on Egg Filling Party on Saturday, March 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at The Mill! This is the behind‑the‑scenes magic that makes the Great Egg Hunt possible, and we need enthusiastic volunteers to help bring thousands of colorful eggs to life.
Throughout the day, volunteers will help fill plastic eggs with treats and surprises, keeping the assembly lines moving with plenty of laughter and teamwork. You’ll help check eggs for cracks or damage, sort out broken ones, and make sure only the best eggs make it into the hunt. Volunteers will also assist with packaging and organizing the completed eggs so they’re ready to be distributed across North Cove Park on event day.
Filling stations will need frequent topping‑off, so volunteers may also help restock candy, toys, and empty eggs to keep the flow going smoothly. Whether you’re sorting, stuffing, stocking, or simply spreading good energy, every task you take on will help set the stage for an unforgettable community celebration.
It’s a fun, social, feel‑good volunteer day—come help us fill the fun!

We will be using Hartford Hall, which is the large room at the north end of the building.
How to Volunteer for This Opportunity
Please check in with the organizer when you arrive.
Register and complete the volunteer waiver prior to arrival or complete a paper waiver on site.
All ages welcome -
Youth 12+ may attend without a guardian, though the guardian will need to sign their waiver.
Youth under 12 may attend with a guardian.
