    Job Title: Google Analytics Specialist Intern

    Location: Remote

    Department: Marketing / Analytics

    Reports To: Marketing Department Director

    Type: Internship (Part-Time) (Unpaid)

    Duration: 4 Months

    Job Descriptions:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, SEO, content, outreach) to align analytics initiatives with Resilience Inc.’s mission and campaign objectives.
    • Assist in implementing and configuring Google Analytics (GA4) to ensure accurate tracking across websites, landing pages, and campaign assets.
    • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion pathways to evaluate performance of SEL-related content and outreach initiatives.
    • Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving user experience, content engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Support exploratory analysis using statistical methods and introductory machine learning approaches (when applicable) to uncover actionable insights.
    • Design and develop dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Tableau, and Power BI for stakeholder visibility.
    • Contribute insights that inform data-driven strategies aimed at improving website usability, accessibility, and mission-driven outreach impact.
    • Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance analytics frameworks and optimization strategies.
    • Ensure analytics reporting reflects nonprofit values, ethical data use, and privacy-conscious measurement practices.
    • Maintain documentation of tracking setups, dashboards, and reporting workflows for team knowledge sharing.

    Requirements:

    • Strong alignment with Resilience Inc.’s mission and values, including commitment to promoting social and emotional health and expanding SEL awareness through data-informed outreach.
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) concepts such as events, conversions, traffic sources, and user journeys.
    • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Interest in applying data analytics to nonprofit impact measurement and digital engagement strategies.
    • Strong attention to detail in tracking implementation and reporting accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
    • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend remote weekly meetings.
    • Reliable, punctual, and responsive in communication.
