    Description

    Mentoring with The Challenge Foundation

Your kids are grown. Your best mentoring years might be just beginning.

You’ve already guided a young person through middle school, high school and everything in between. You know the hard days, the big wins and how much it means when someone keeps showing up. Now that your own house is quieter, that experience is exactly what a student today needs.

The Challenge Foundation is looking for mentors ready for something deeper than a typical short-term mentorship. We match mentors with incoming sixth graders for a journey that lasts all the way through high school graduation. It’s a relationship built around helping a student feel truly seen and heard, year after year.

You won’t do this alone. Every mentor gets training up front and an advisor who stays with you throughout the whole journey.

It’s a long-term commitment, but a flexible one. You and your student set a monthly schedule that works around both your lives, whether that’s travel, work, grandkids or whatever this next chapter holds.

Whether you’re a recent empty nester or simply have time and experience to give, are you ready to put what you’ve learned to work for a student who needs it?
