Help Strengthen Healthcare Access Through the Power of Data

LOVE RESEARCH AND WANT YOUR WORK TO MAKE A REAL IMPACT?

Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative (BVMI) is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to help track and summarize research about healthcare access, chronic disease, and social determinants of health. This work supports grant proposals and storytelling that help bring critical healthcare services to uninsured members of our community.

    What You’ll Do

    • Monitor trusted sources for relevant healthcare research
    • Log key findings in a shared research tracker
    • Prepare a short monthly summary highlighting important trends and insights

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong research and reading comprehension skills
    • Organized and comfortable working in Google Drive or spreadsheets
    • Interest in public health, healthcare access, or nonprofit work

Perfect for someone interested in public health, research, or nonprofit work who wants to make a meaningful difference behind the scenes.

This research can be fully remote, hybrid or in-person.
