Grants Coordinator

Description:

Build Up SC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator (Volunteer) to support our fundraising efforts by identifying, managing, and writing grant proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to help secure funding that directly supports youth empowerment programs across South Carolina.

You’ll work closely with our leadership and program team to build a pipeline of prospective grants and ensure timely, compelling submissions aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new grant opportunities (foundations, corporations, and government)
• Manage a calendar of grant deadlines and reporting requirements
• Draft, edit, and submit grant proposals and supporting materials
• Track the status of submitted grants and maintain grant records
• Collaborate with the team to gather program data and impact stories
• Assist in developing templates and standard language for applications
