    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    We do require:

    • Government/State Issued Picture identification Card
    • 2 Step PPD results (within the last 12 months). Orders can be provided for this and the physical
    • Proof of a physical examination within the last 6 months)
    • Georgia State Fingerprinting (social security number needed for this)
