HR Administrative Assistant Volunteer (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant Volunteer to support daily operations within our organization. This role offers hands-on experience in human resources, administrative coordination, and nonprofit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and timesheet tracking
- Maintain and update records related to staff scheduling and attendance
- Communicate professionally with team members to support coordination and workflow
- Monitor shift coverage and assist with staff coordination as needed
- Support the creation and maintenance of financial spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Assist in drafting outreach materials, including donor call letters
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and organized operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Interest in Human Resources, Administration, or Operations
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with scheduling, data entry, or coordination tasks
