    HR Assistant

    HR Administrative Assistant Volunteer (Remote)

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant Volunteer to support daily operations within our organization. This role offers hands-on experience in human resources, administrative coordination, and nonprofit operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and timesheet tracking
    • Maintain and update records related to staff scheduling and attendance
    • Communicate professionally with team members to support coordination and workflow
    • Monitor shift coverage and assist with staff coordination as needed
    • Support the creation and maintenance of financial spreadsheets and basic reporting
    • Assist in drafting outreach materials, including donor call letters
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and organized operations

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and active listening skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
    • Basic organizational and administrative skills
    • Attention to detail and reliability

    Preferred Skills (Not Required):

    • Interest in Human Resources, Administration, or Operations
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
    • Familiarity with scheduling, data entry, or coordination tasks

    • Professional and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-oriented with leadership potential
    • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
