    Description

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a UI Brand Developer/creative Graphic Designer / Brand Developer / UI-UX Designer to help shape and elevate our nonprofit’s visual identity and digital experience.

    What You’ll Work On

    • Design visual assets for website and campaigns (banners, sections, icons)
    • Develop and refine brand identity (colors, typography, layout consistency)
    • Create impact visuals (metrics boxes, storytelling graphics)
    • Improve UI/UX of website pages (layout, flow, usability, and engagement)
    • Enhance presentation of partner logos and brand alignment
    • Support content layout and visual storytelling on the website
    • Collaborate with the web/tech team to implement designs

    Qualifications

    • Experience in graphic design, branding, UI/UX, or visual content creation
    • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
    • Strong sense of layout, color, user experience, and visual storytelling
    • Attention to detail and consistency
    • Interest in nonprofit or social impact work

    Our Key Needs:

    Custom iconography designed for web use

    UI components such as buttons, navigation elements, cards, grids, and interactive states

    A full brand book with typography, color systems, accessibility standards, and usage rules

    A cohesive visual identity that translates into an interactive, memorable web experience

    Strong UI background is a must!

    Experience with web design or working alongside developers
