    About the Organization

    The Loud Tadpole Foundation for Hearing is a newly formed nonprofit dedicated to supporting children with hearing loss and the families who care for them. Our mission focuses on access, equity, and early childhood support, with an emphasis on making resources easier to understand, navigate, and access. We are currently building our foundational brand, programs, and community presence as we prepare for launch.

    Volunteer Opportunity

    We are seeking a volunteer graphic designer to support an immediate logo redesign, with opportunities for continued creative involvement as our organization grows.

    This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys shaping the visual identity of a mission-driven organization from the ground up and wants to contribute their skills to a cause that supports children and families.

    Immediate Need

    • Logo redesign or refinement
    • Establishing a more playful, warm, and child-centered visual direction
    • Ensuring the logo works across digital platforms

    Future Opportunities (Optional)

    For volunteers interested in ongoing involvement, future projects may include:

    • Website graphics and visual elements
    • Social media templates and assets
    • Promotional and awareness materials
    • Campaign visuals for fundraising or community outreach
    • Brand-consistent design support as programs launch

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Experience in graphic design (professional or advanced student)
    • Comfortable working collaboratively and iterating based on feedback
    • Interest in nonprofit, healthcare, child-focused, or mission-driven work
    • Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon timelines
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
