    Description

    RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

    The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end volunteer recruitment process at WOCOTM. This role ensures positions are filled efficiently with aligned, committed individuals who support the organization’s mission.

    The focus is coordination, communication, and structure — not just sourcing names.
