State Volunteer Coordinator US (every state and territory)

Missionary World Relief is seeking passionate and dedicated State Volunteer Coordinators to support our humanitarian initiatives. The State Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising local volunteers, ensuring that all activities and programs are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection: Identify and recruit committed and enthusiastic volunteers within the state.
• Training and Development: Organize training sessions to ensure volunteers are well-prepared for their roles.
• Supervision and Support: Oversee and provide ongoing support to volunteers during their activities.
• Activity Coordination: Plan and coordinate volunteer events and activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with volunteers and the central Missionary World Relief team.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess volunteer performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Volunteer Experience: Previous experience in volunteer coordination or team management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire volunteers.
