Help at a Pregnancy Resourcs Center

Birthright of Coon Rapids is a pregnancy resource center which helps low-income parents who need support for babies and toddlers. We offer free pregnancy testing, layette (complete set of newborn supplies), clothing, diapers and much more for preemie/newborn to size 3T. We also offer information on local resoures in all areas including food, clothing for older children and adults, public health nurses, and much more. We are in great need of reliable volunteers to help sort donations, bag diapers, prepare layette and orders. Those wishing to work directly with clients can go through training to do so. Time requirements are a few hours per month. We are open on Tuesdays but arrangements can be made to meet at our office on other days to complete the work. We would like to find motivated individuals who will stay with the organization long-term.

Please note that we are a pro-life organization. We do not, however, go into the details concerning abortion with our clients as we are not a medical facility. We are here to offer support, love, and material items.
