    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Chief Financial Officer with day-to-day financial administration.
    • Record financial transactions accurately and maintain organized records.
    • Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and reconciliations.
    • Maintain confidential financial information.
    • Support expense tracking and payment processing.
    • Assist with preparing documentation for audits where required.
    • Monitor financial records for accuracy and completeness.
    • Help maintain financial policies and procedures.
    • Support fundraising financial reporting when necessary.
    • Perform other finance related administrative duties as assigned.

    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
    • Good analytical and numerical abilities.
    • Able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Works well independently and within a team.
    • Committed to accuracy and accountability.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Good numerical and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development.
